Administrative Assistant

Napsteel is seeking an enthusiastic customer focused individual to join our team in our Surrey, BC location. This is an intermediate level position with opportunities for the successful candidate to continue to learn and expand their skill set. This position will involve administrative, customer service and sales support related functions and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and directing incoming guests and clients
Answering all incoming phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
Data entry, filing, copying
General administrative responsibilities with some accounting
Ordering and maintaining office and break room supplies
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Ability to handle a multi-line switchboard
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office
Professionalism in all interactions with staff and guests
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities as needed
